PARK AND RIDE
Follow instructions to car park at arrival your car will be checked in and you
will be told of procedures for your return. You will then travel to Heathrow in
our courtesy bus.
MEET AND RIDE
This is a brand new service that UB8 pioneered at Heathrow airport. ON ARRIVAL:
Follow instructions to your designated terminal at Heathrow where you will be
met by one of our fully insured chauffeurs your car will then be checked where
possible (PLEASE CALL 30 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE TERMINAL) ON RETURN:
once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage you will be collected
by one of our courtesy buses at a designated bus stop and bought back to our
compound to collect your car. Please call the number provided on your receipt
so a bus can be dispatched.
MEET AND GREET
This service is totally hassle free. Follow instructions to your designated
terminal at Heathrow where you will be met by one of our fully insured
chauffeurs your car will then be checked where possible (PLEASE CALL 30 MINUTES
BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE TERMINAL) On your return your car will be bought back to
you at your designated terminal. please call the number provided on your
receipt as soon as you have collected your baggage.
UB8 PICK UP POINT INSTRUCTIONS ENTERING THE AIRPORT
TERMINAL 1
From M4 J4 take the Heathrow spur. When entering Heathrow airport from the
tunnel follow signs to terminal 1 departures. Proceed up the ramp keeping to
the left, head towards 'PARKING SHORT STAY' set down point. Your chauffer will
be past the second pedestrian crossing at the end near the lifts on you right.
TERMINAL 2
From M4 J4 take the Heathrow spur. When entering Heathrow airport from the
tunnel follow signs to terminal 2 short stay.Your chauffer will meet you at the
beginning of the set down lane (furthest lane from front of terminal 2 building
on your left)
TERMINAL 3
From M4 J4 take the Heathrow spur. When entering Heathrow airport from the
tunnel follow signs to terminal 3 keep right through set of lights. follow
signs for 'PREMIER KERB SIDE CHECK IN'. Your chauffer will be at the beginning
of the furthest lane from the terminal 3 building on your right.
TERMINAL 4
When approaching terminal 4 go up the ramp towards departures keeping to the
left hand lane. Up the ramp signed 'DEPARTURES SET DOWN POINT' your chauffer
will be waiting between the front and middle of lanes 2 and 3 under 'THE
BRITISH AIRWAYS EXPRESS PARKING SIGN'
